About Me

I am a subject matter expert with over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, managing and leasing urban and suburban properties ranging from Class A+ - C. I have built or rebuilt operations for nearly all my work life. My background includes operations, leasing, strategic planning, construction, marketing/tenant engagement, feasibility analysis and business development. I have extensive experience organizing and building operations, developing highly functioning teams, developing and implementing strategic plans as well as identifying and improving operational efficiencies. At heart I am a facilitator, leader, collaborator, guide, and problem solver. In addition to Boston Business Mentors, I am also a management consultant with SOAR which supports nonprofit organizations in Massachusetts.
